Life Skills Program
Don’t just survive—thrive.
Right now, more than 94,000 households in Ottawa and Kent counties are stuck in survival mode—earning above the poverty line but still unable to make ends meet.
Life Skills changes that. This long-term program helps individuals and families build the tools to break free from survival and step into stability—financially, relationally, and spiritually.
Food Pantry

Our pantry serves families and individuals in the Life Skills program, making sure no one goes hungry while building a better future.
Group Therapy
Healing happens together.
Group therapy works because connection matters. Our curriculum is developed in-house and led by social work interns from Love Your Neighbor and partner agencies—guided by our Director of Relational Ministries.
Medical Help
Your health matters.
We provide free access to donated medical equipment and offer free rides to medical appointments for residents of Hudsonville, Jenison, and Grandville (within a 30-mile radius).
For those living outside of Hudsonville, Jenison, and Grandville, there will be a $5 charge for the use of medical equipment.
